الرصد والحماية والحفظ

تمخضت الجهود الأولية عن الجمع بين مهارات علماء الإيكولوجيا والمعرفة المحلية، وحماس أعضاء عدسة البيئة الكويتية في الحفاظ على الطبيعة، بما يتوافق مع رسالة مؤسسة الكويت للتقدم العلمي في نشر العلوم والتكنولوجيا.
وعلى الرغم من قيود جائحة كوفيد، تمكنَّا من التواصل مع الإيكولوجيين الذين يدرسون النسور في روسيا وكازاخستان، والبلدان التي حلَّقت من فوقها العُقبان. في الوقت نفسه تعرف الخبراء الدوليون على محمية الجهراء أول مرة، مما يمهد لأن يكونوا أعضاء فاعلين في فريق المشروع.
